APPLY FOR A GRANT

To apply for a grant from the Otoe County 4-H Foundation, simply download and complete the grant request form below. Be sure to answer all the questions completely.

SUBMITTING A COMPLETION FORM

After finishing your grant paperwork, you can upload and submit a digital copy online or drop off a paper copy at the Otoe County Extension office by October 31 or February 28. You’ll be notified about your grant status once your submission has been reviewed. When your grant activity is complete, fill out the follow-up section of the paperwork, making sure to include a breakdown of your expenses and attach a copy of your receipts. You can upload and submit your Grant Completion Form online below or by delivering a paper copy to the Otoe County Extension office.
